perf: Agent查询跳过不必要的DB查询，添加促销索引 

- purchases.list: Agent路径跳过图片信息填充（省2次DB查询）
- transfers.list: Agent路径跳过count查询和store/operator名称解析（省3次DB查询），
  API路径将名称解析下沉到service层统一处理
- promotion_activities: 添加 (tenant_id, status) 和 (tenant_id, type) 复合索引
