fix: align Gemfile with Runner Ruby 2.7 and add Gemfile.lock 

- Downgrade cocoapods to ~> 1.15.2 (matching other projects)
- Add Gemfile.lock with BUNDLED WITH 2.4.22 (compatible with Ruby 2.7)
- Add legacy-peer-deps=true to .npmrc for emb npm install
- Remove CI debug commands
